  Collection and acceptance is a settlement method that entrusts the bank to collect payment from the payer in a different place after the payee delivers the goods in accordance with the purchase and sale contract, and the payer recognizes the payment to the bank.

  Cashier's check is a bill issued by a bank that promises to unconditionally pay a certain amount to the payee or holder at sight. Cashier's check includes promissory note with quota and promissory note without quota. The Bank has not issued promissory notes with quota.
